Hemos pasado de quejarnos por tel\u00e9fono o email a descartar estas opciones e ir directamente a las redes sociales a dejar nuestra opini\u00f3n. Pero entre todo este cambio, ha surgido una nueva forma de comunicaci\u00f3n, <strong>el uso de Whatsapp<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Entidades bancarias como Openbank, aqu\u00ed en Espa\u00f1a o Grupo Nase en Latinoam\u00e9rica, abren un nuevo canal de comunicaci\u00f3n con su cliente para la realizaci\u00f3n de consultas sobre sus productos.<\/p>\n<p>Est\u00e1 claro que si un cliente est\u00e1 cabreado lo que quieres es que se entere cuanta m\u00e1s gente mejor, pero si lo que necesita es que le resuelvan una duda, lo que quiere es inmediatez. Llamando por tel\u00e9fono o email, una conversaci\u00f3n puede alargarse demasiados minutos y es donde Whatsapp gana por goleada, adem\u00e1s el consumido quiere establecer contacto directo con la persona y que sea de forma privada. Y lo que es m\u00e1s importante, puedes mantener la conversaci\u00f3n en cualquier lugar ya que el cliente siempre est\u00e1 conectado.<\/p>\n<p>Un inconveniente de utilizar Whatsapp Web frente a <a href=\"http:\/\/conecta.byom.es\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Byom!Conecta<\/strong><\/a> (hay bastantes) es que Whatsapp Web, solo puede estar gestionado por una persona, con lo que pueden existir momentos de saturaci\u00f3n de la l\u00ednea recibiendo muchos mensajes. Esto se solventa desde Byom!Conecta, integrando la gesti\u00f3n de agentes, donde varias personas pueden ir contestando a clientes, sin que estos noten un retraso en sus dudas.<\/p>\n<p>Pero lo m\u00e1s importante es la posibilidad de tener un CRM integrado dentro de la plataforma, donde el agente introduce los datos de su cliente y as\u00ed podr\u00e1 tenerlos para futuras consultas, sin necesidad de realizar las mismas preguntas de verificaci\u00f3n que alargan un proceso donde solo el cliente quiere resolver alguna duda.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La
