{"id":966,"date":"2015-02-19T09:45:32","date_gmt":"2015-02-19T09:45:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.byomit.com\/blog\/?p=966"},"modified":"2015-02-19T10:11:17","modified_gmt":"2015-02-19T10:11:17","slug":"recompensar-a-tu-cliente-para-tener-su-opinion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/byomit.com\/blog\/recompensar-a-tu-cliente-para-tener-su-opinion\/","title":{"rendered":"Recompensar a tu cliente para tener su opini\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A veces vemos establecimientos que ofrecen regalos, descuentos o incentivos para que sus clientes env\u00eden una opini\u00f3n sobre el establecimiento o les sigan en sus redes sociales, pero sabemos si estas opiniones son veraces o \u00fanicamente se dan por el incentivo.<\/p>\n<p>Si solo realizas recompensas y te olvidas de la fidelizaci\u00f3n, solo conseguir\u00e1s clientes \u2013 zombies, comprando en tu establecimiento solo cuando les ofrezcas un descuento, march\u00e1ndose a la competencia en cuanto esta les d\u00e9 m\u00e1s que t\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p>Empresas como <a title=\"Tripadvisor\" href=\"http:\/\/www.tripadvisor.es\/TripAdvisorInsights\/n692\/politica-de-incentivos-de-tripadvisor-por-que-recompensar-las-opiniones-de-los-viajeros-va-contra\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Tripadvisor<\/strong><\/a>, est\u00e1n en contra de la pol\u00edtica de incentivos, ya que seg\u00fan sus reglas esas opiniones pueden comprometer la validez y la exactitud de opiniones. Por su experiencia, prometer una recompensa a cambio, el usuario ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s propenso a escribir una opini\u00f3n que no refleja su verdadera experiencia.<\/p>\n<p>En el blog de <a title=\"Referion\" href=\"%20http:\/\/www.referion.com\/blog\/influencer-o-advocate-los-segundos-por-favor\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Referion<\/strong><\/a>, tambi\u00e9n se habla de otro tipo de incentivos, los que reciben las personas influentes frente a los embajadores de la marca. Los primeros son personas con muchos seguidores y con capacidad de influir, pero que hablar\u00e1n bien de ti si se les recompensa de alguna manera. Sin embargo, los segundos, son personas muy satisfechas con el producto que recomendar\u00e1n y hablar\u00e1n bien de ti sin necesidad de incentivos, sobre todo son m\u00e1s leales a tu marca.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a title=\"Usatoday\" href=\"http:\/\/www.usatoday.com\/story\/travel\/hotels\/2014\/07\/16\/kimpton-marriott-rewards-points-twitter-facebook-instagram-foursquare\/12696753\/\" target=\"_blank\">UsaToday<\/a><\/strong>, se hace eco de nuevos modelos en hoteles y restaurantes para incentivar al cliente por cada interacci\u00f3n que tenga en sus redes sociales, eso s\u00ed utilizando Karma en vez de puntos. Algunos expertos consideran estas pr\u00e1cticas como una perversi\u00f3n del 2.0 y de las veracidades de los usuarios que comparten estas publicaciones ya que en muchos casos puede que nunca viajen a esos hoteles o restaurantes.<\/p>\n<p>Los usuarios que se convierten en verdaderos clientes son aquellos que se sienten parte de tu establecimiento, que son importantes en el mismo. Quieren hacerse o\u00edr, interactuar con las empresas, ayudarlas a mejorar gracias a sus opiniones, en definitiva ser de la familia.<\/p>\n<p>Pero como esta relaci\u00f3n tiene dos partes, es necesario que el establecimiento tambi\u00e9n est\u00e9 dispuesto a escuchar y querer mejorar con sus clientes. Desde tener un trato personalizado con cada uno, tanto de manera offline como online; ofrecer un producto sin que su calidad nunca var\u00ede; hasta finalizar conociendo su nivel de satisfacci\u00f3n mediante encuestas.<\/p>\n<p>En este \u00faltimo punto, lo m\u00e1s importante es conseguir un m\u00e9todo que no sea intrusivo para el cliente y con el que consigamos el mayor n\u00famero de opiniones posibles. Las encuestas de satisfacci\u00f3n en papel, son el m\u00e9todo m\u00e1s utilizado por los establecimientos pero con un menor retorno, por lo que si mejoramos este m\u00e9todo y lo realizamos mediante un dispositivo t\u00e1ctil, conseguimos no agobiar al establecimiento y conseguir el mayor n\u00famero de opiniones posibles.<\/p>\n<p>Herramientas como <a title=\"Conocer la opini\u00f3n de un cliente mediante tablet\" href=\"http:\/\/satisfaccion.byom.es\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Byom!<\/strong><\/a> utilizan este sistema y consiguen una media de 200 opiniones al mes por establecimiento, llegan a 1000 opiniones al mes en algunos casos.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora que ya conoces las dos caras de la moneda, plant\u00e9ate si te interesa o no recompensar a tu
